I read a while ago that Mewtwo was based off both a cat and a kangaroo and I remembered that today as I was watching an animal show with kangaroos and about how they use their tails to kick and it got me thinking: "It'd be neat if Mewtwo did that." So here it is. I think it came out okay.

I see you gave up on drawing the hands and feet. You should have given up on ART.

It looks good. You could've add some kind of glowing effect to his hands and feet by using i.e. photoshop instead of just leaving them out. The effect would've covered anatomical errors so it wouldn't look too bad.
