The character's expression and pose really show that she's truly enjoying the underwater experience. The way her left foot looks closer to the viewer, as well as how the background is out of focus, truly add the 3-D effect to the whole scene. Also, the numerous bubbles that are floating in multiple places in the picture are a nice touch of detail, especially how they're all irregular. Another well-done part of this work is how her hair is fanning out into the water as she floats.
What really impresses me the most is how the sun's rays look underwater after being refracted by the waves on the ocean surface. That's quite an undertaking to do.
The whole scene is very relaxing and joyful.
