Speedpaint type thing I did last night at 3am x_x An image that's been in my head for the last few days, for once something actually came out pretty close to the idea I had in mind.

This creature is amazing...you're so lucky to be able to illustrate what you can see clearly in your mind. This reminds me of beasties that were in my dreams when I was younger. Very eerie. <3 it!

Usually my attempts come out looking nothing like what I had in mind, I'm amazed I actually got it pretty close for once.
It reminded me kinda of dreams too, kinda of Beksinski's work. His work always reminds me of how things appear in my dreams.

Oh wow. That's awesome! Ugh, I LOVE the misty foggy stuff, and the lights (?) on the fella's tail glowing behind it. And the fact that...the little hand-thing isn't...like hanging out of its mouth, but...instead looks like it's pierced or clung to it. As always, very visually stimulating. We should all have 3am inspirations :) And I know what you mean about having something finally come out the way you picture it. It seems like no matter HOW perfectly you see it in your head, even in your own ability and style...it rarely comes out that way. Great job!

3am inspiration is great. I get so sleep deprived and out of it that I almost start hallucinating. And suddenly all the art I do actually looks good to me .-. Though this actually looks okay to me, even in my less deprived-of-sleep state, I guess that is a good thing!

Fuckin' fuck yeah dude. Love it. You nailed the lighting texture on the head. I want to lick his membrane. Any of them. Good composition too. But then you've never had a problem with that.

Really good title you chose there. It matches perfectly with the vanishing shape of the wings and the legs that seem to melt away on the ground.

I seem to be able to really get into art when I am sleep deprived o_o I found some sudden late night inspiration, and sat down to finish it all in one go. It's not too often that happens..
