It's not exactly porn, but it seems good. I think you might also want to indicate the Gender. *Smiles* You need to make the heels more rounded to give them a more defined look and the head is too far over in relation to her position.
All in all though, this does look pretty good. I do hope my notations was informative critique & not insultive.
