A new banner I recently made for my webcomic, the Satyrica Andromedae. The cat-like guy is Sikra, a decadent prince, and the badger-like guy is Tarafi, his bodyguard.
It's a sci-fi story, set in an interconnected network of planets– but political developments have allowed some corners of the galaxy to stay quite isolated. Sikra is the crown prince of Ijeng– a kingdom where eunuchs advise the monarch, and peasants are largely illiterate. Appropriately, his mindset is quite dated when faced with outside influence, but he has a curiosity for the outside world– one that is piqued when Tarafi, an alien with a modern way of doing things, is appointed his bodyguard. It turns out they have an affinity for one another– but their professional relationship and cultural differences loom large in the way. It doesn't help that Sikra, wildly unpopular in his father's court, is due to be sent into exile!
