Artwork by my lovely wife
Ginny the Fat Bear
Isabella is a unique dragon from my wife's lore setting of Sollana. She's the daughter of a white and red dragon, and a result, her health had always been precarious due to the incompatibility of her two elemental heritages. She was adopted by Penny and Eliza after her blood relatives were killed, and Eliza struggled for many long years to stabilize her adopted daughter's condition. It wouldn't be until she garnered the assistance of the demon Nareau that a permanent treatment was developed, and Isabella was finally able to flourish.
Since then, she's married the fey-turned-demon Aiden Ninetails, and had her own child: Morrigan.
Isabella is shy compared to her siblings. She's responsible and thoughtful, and long years of illness have taught her patience and how to take things slow. However, her newly regained health has also caused her to develop a great joy for life, and she quickly adopted the typical Redburrow mannerisms for wanton gluttony. While she is a good mother who respects and adores her daughter, Isabella regrets that she may have allowed Morrigan too much of a sheltered upbringing, since she always feared that her child might have inherited her former frailty. While this was a point of contention between the two, they have since easily reconciled.
