Took me a while to finally Design a Luxray that I liked, but I think vo's taken the cake. I've always loved Luxrays, but I have a special part in my heart for ones designed closer to primates. Idk, the line has always looked a little like monkey lions to me, so here we are. This character is based off of Gelada Baboons and Lions, and as such can flip volts upper lip back to expose volts gums as a threat display.
