I mixed and matched, the head was made by the lovely 
ShadowSani, shes making Azras head next month so excited for him haha! The paws from 
youkapaws the claws and paws glow, and the paws are UV reactive too, she's amazing. And I made the tail and am working on feetpaws atm, just need money for claws from youka. All in all it cost me around £250, however shadowsani does partials from £300+ so I recommend her, unless you wanna mix it up like I did :)

Yeah... however, at that price its a bargin, I don't know many other good makers that would charge that low. http://www.bf-fursuits.com/ send her a quote form, she does live in the UK though so there will be postage but it's very reasonable.
Ah yeah. I saw on the top it was a bug. I did mention that I too would love my own fursuit, but they're so expensive (worth it, but still, it's not easy to shell out ~$400 in this economy). I wouldn't think there's any issue with wearing a costume representing yourself further is odd at all. Kao's a representation of myself, but I do wish I could wear a costume representing him.
Yeah, I understand how you feel. It's like me with Starky. I'd love to get suits of both, but...due to it being so expensive and the fact that I'd probably wear Kao's costume FAR more than Starky's (plus STarky's would be SO expensive by comparison...he has more features and wings as well). I do have two fursonas each representing both sides of my personality, but yeah, I'm not certain either. It'd be nice to have for sure, but due to cost, it really depends on how you feel about the representation. I'd just focus on getting Med's complete for now and then down the road, work on Ice. I'm sure Ice will look so lovely, it sounds like one's kind of a more serious version where as the other is more playful, so maybe it can be a mood kind of thing.
Agreed. Meds was chosen over Ice due to her bright colours, and unique it appears markings of the blood paws over her eyes. Ice is just a standard looking red wolf. Meds is thus more kinda, pleasing to look at, but the cost is whats preventing me making her into a full suit. I'll be happy if i get the feetpaws done. :)
Oh yes! You really made the colors stand out for her. I do like the design choice here as she does look very unique and very expressive. Ah! and those are blood paw markings? Blood red happens to be one of my favorite colors actually. It's like...dark and mysterious, but still very bold. Ah, but yeah, I'd like a full suit too. Feetpaws from what I've seen seem to be about $75-$100. I think I know how to make my own using slippers, a sewing machine, fabric, and TONS of cotton (and some of that plastic like material for claws. It'd be sweet to make them shiny though, but I'd need a mold). I don't have the supplies though, and I'd have to look it up. I'd love to see though, feet paws (as my artwork generally indicates) are SO CUTE to me!
