The major issues with the animation is the secondary movement of the tail. It follows a rhythm that the paws are making which make the animation appear un-natural. The tail line goes parallel once or twice to the line that makes up the back paw when it needs to be contradicting the line it's up against to gain the proper feel. It's an old trick - where you have a straight line, you insert a curve line to compliment it so the lines always remain curves against straights. =) These are the things they drilled into my head when I went to college for animation back in 2006. I hope that it helps - I don't find your animations annoying at all.
