There is a bit of a longer story behind this picture than I originally thought when I had drawn it. 😅
I really wanted to draw something for  mohitopaw for being such a good friend and used the ArtFight last month as excuse to finally get my lazy butt to do it.


The idea for the motive was:
Mohito loves paws, so let's do something paw related.
She likes to joke about standing above things, but is really a sweetheart and loved by everyone for that, so putting her on a throne would not only lean into that joke, but would probably be something everyone would see her on.

When I was done, I thought that the background looked a bit to empty, but drawing an entire thron room would be to much for me, so I implemented the blank background into the picture by making a card out of it.

When it came to the letter in the corner of the picture, I got the thought, since in German and in English the cards have a different letters depicted, there must be a Russian version as well and Mohitopaw would probably love to see the card being even more costum to her by making it a Russian card as well.


Maybe one day I get the money and find someone to commission a full set of cards with each of the 4 symbols displaying another kink and using OCs of famous artists those kinks as King, Queen, Jack and Joker.

But for now, I'm just very happy that Mohitopaw likes this picture, despite my very bad drawing skills.
