The bridge of the muzzle doesn't look quite right, in that the half on the right (of the image) looks a bit bulkier, the left half matching up with the nose while the right half is a bit farther out.
Unfortunately I can't really help with shading, as the way I do it doesn't work for this kind of art.

In all honesty there isn't really much I can say about the lighting or even the anatomy, it's perfect. The only think I could add is maybe thinning out the thickness of the ears as bat-ears tend to be eerilly thin and slightly see through, so maybe add a few veins as well. And maybe even try a few fur patterns where the light hits hardest. That's all I can really think of.
I definitely agree with the ear comment. Bats have very slender see through ears more like a rat's in that regard, but other than that I really like this. His nose might be a bit small? is he a leaf-nosed bat? I think they're a little bit bigger. But all in all I like the use of shadows and light here.
