It seems like this poor Aviès got turned into stone faster than he could defend himself ! Although I'm not sure if covering up your face using your hands (wings ?) is a very efficient way to prevent the magic of a rune. He must have had some great gear for him to already be wearing nothing. But who cares ! Now he's just an empty husk, a simple stone statue who's soul has been shattered and mind erased.
Heyy it's me, I'm back -again -again. Once again, I wanted to draw one of my characters petrified but I ended up lost in a whole lot of other worldbuilding realted stuff. But now I'm back with a drawing I did recently. I tried to add shadows that look at least decent, and some tiny bit of texturing here and there. This character doesn't have a name (yet ?) but i may color him and draw some clothing on him later so he may become a new OC, I'll see ! Until then, you can enjoy this shiny new feathery statue ! I hope you like it !

If someone is evil enough to turn someone's corpse into glorified garden gnome, I don't think they would have much of a respect hahah! Joking of course. I guess you're talking about merchants themselves. Oh I know! What about the black market?
