Lore about the world created for my characters:
Mortal can approach to a divinity and ask them to be their champion. They basically make an oath, the divinity will grant them a unique set of skills of powers so they can approach their goal. Anyone can do this with a good or evil divinity ,but they must do with with their hearth or else the divinity will punish them.

Here, Metztli, requested to the divinity of earth a better way to slay the wicked. They made a pact in which they will punish the evil doers using the abilities of nature. The divinity was pleased with her intentions, and granted them the power to turn into a half wolf, granting them more strength and enhanced senses.
