‘I got it!!’
“The volleyball games continued, one after another, Isabel and I were having a great time. We seemed very well matched with our speed and agility, and made a great team, we were unbeatable, though there were some close calls, but we are having a lot of fun.
We talked while we played, Isabel telling me about how she fought thieves and villains, what she called ‘crim-in-alls’, in the city she lived. I told her about the thieves and villains and monsters I fought on Nightshade Island. It seems like we have a lot in common and we are both Guardians in a way.
For now, though, we have a match to win.”

In the latest picture from Usagiforehead, the game continues as Ember and Isabel get to know each other better, and have a great time doing so. :).
These two continue seem to be getting along quite well as they play, and look great doing so. Ember clearly takes the spotlight this time, as she dives to get the ball. A very dramatic posing for her, that gives a great sense of her motion as she jumps out to try to close the gap, her hair flared out behind her enhancing the feeling of motion, and her determined expression, clearly focused on her target. Her shadow beneath her on the ground really catches my eye, as since she’s not touching it it illustrates very well that she is in mid air at the moment, a very nice touch. Isabel seems concerned about her new friend getting the ball in time, but I think Ember’s got this. So far these two new friends seem to be doing quite well together. :).
