Instead of hugs and promises things will get better...I'm going to say shit sucks sometimes. Being sad and/or depressed is awful and painful, whether it has basis in reality or not. Even if everything's going right, sometimes you just feel like saying "fuck it" and moping and crying all day.
But that can't last forever. Go for a walk on a nice day, spend some time outside. Sunshine has a pretty serious effect on most people's health, including mood, and that usually gets me out of a funk. Get some comfort food. Watch your favorite movie. Hell, watch a sad movie that will make you cry; sometimes, that's what you need the most. (Might I recommend "The Secret Life of Bees." Total "chick-flick," but it's a damn good one.)
And, if all else fails, talk to someone. Doesn't even have to be anyone you know particularly well. I'll even say "note me if you need to," because I'm an internet stranger...and opening up to someone who doesn't know you enough to judge you and/or your situation is often easier than opening up to someone who does.

I love those eyes and the pose. It really reflects the feeling and the texture just makes it even better.
