Looks like the now smaller twin has fattened up quite some too with her “bigger” twin. I’d say some more fast food is quite rewarding for how much effort they are putting in, after all, you need lots of protein to build strong bodies to carry all that heft, and fast food meats offer the most amount of that, and Is a lot more tastier than those chalky protein shakes.
