A My Little Pony dressed as a Coalition PA-06A SAMAS (Strategic Armor Military Assault Suit) from the Palladium Books game RIFTS (No, the original one, not that other one.). For those of you who do not regularly throw dice with the Megaverse, Rifts is a post-apocalyptic earth with magic, high-technology gateways between other worlds and dimensions. It's a game where you can have a giant robot punching out a dragon. And you were playing the dragon.
Yes, my budding obsession continues. At least this one I know what colors it needs. Wonder what other Rifts stuff I should brony-cize?

Yeah, wayyy too many factions have that as a going aesthetic. The Phaseworld stuff is a bit less so. But if you really want to see some kick@$$ art, check out their much-underrated game 'Splicers' and the expanded material in the Rifter for it. Chuck Walton's got some really great stuff going there.
And of course, After the Bomb, which hopefully, I'll run some game of at MFF this year. More furries need to know that game, and what it can do.

I'm not really a tabletop rpg afficionado, I just remember some stuff from 80s and 90s that was around but I didn't really get into. Only ever played Shadowrun with some freinds in grade 7.
In late 90s small town Ontario, rpgs weren't really popular with my age group. The N64 and Playstation were, as well as some card games like magic the gathering.
I hated those card games.
I'm aware of most rpg stuff from the grimy, ciggarette smoke filled comic store I'd frequent (which went out of business around 1999) having a big section of rule books. They could be fun to look at.
I never had a group of freinds that was into them, so never played them. I still don't.
I had forgetten about Rifts until SomethingAwful did a WTF D&D peice on it a few months ago.

Never played Rifts, but liking the armour =D I'm a keen roleplayer myself =D Played D&D (3.5), Star Wars (both the old D6 system and the newer D20 one), Deadlands (Savage Worlds), Call of Cthulu, Vampire: the Masquerade, etc. Oh yeah, and a random game using the BESM system (which was really weird XD). Ah, fun times. Gotta get back to doing proper roleplaying at some point though. Not played for a year.
