Full of... visions? - Meme
Mold, my fuzzy little dragon guy pictured here, is from a roleplay with my friends (you can check out my Children of the Heavens folder in my gallery to learn a bit more about the RP if you're curious).
He has the ability to see into the future. His power is limited to the near future, to only seeing the people and places he's already seen (so no visions of new people or places), and **most importantly**, there is not One Set future in the RP. So Mold has to choose which branching path of the future he would like to look at each time he uses his power. His mind can only handle seeing one possible future at a time and he must consciously choose which turns down the winding path of possible futures he will take.
"If Moonbeam chooses this tomorrow, and if I decide that the next day, and if this event occurs... this future is the result. Or alternatively, if Moonbeam doesn't choose this tomorrow, I don't decide that tomorrow, and the event never occurs, then this other future is the result." Something like this... Of course, Mold's power has been abused in the past, leaving him with some Trauma, thus making him hesitant to use it for any reason. But Mold is going to use his future vision soon because Dusk, their little rebellion group, is going to be attacked and they're not sure exactly how much time they have to prepare. So, it's all hand on deck, and that includes Mold and his future vision power!
