ah, just an really old rpg game in cyberpunk setting. There was an option to hire some "biorobots" who was basically huge rats with guns, and only in "COPS 2170: The Power of Law" - the expasion of the game.
But i don't think you really should look for it. I sayed that i just played it, it doesn't mean i actually enjoyed it. The interface and control of the game is horrible. It looks like JA game at first, despite the fact that developers trapped me in turn-based strategy game FOR THE ENTIRE TIME OF GAMEPLAY. I mean, it's ok for action and battles, but when there is no enemies around i was still forced to wait until everyone other on the map will make their turn, until i can move again.

And there is absolutely no way to speed up an action? - well, that was my first question, when i started to play it. I still miss my 5$ that i spend on the disk with this game, after 9 years :)
