Lexi Loveheart is a hetaira, a special kind of courtesan that also entertains clients with stories, song and dance. Essentially, a glamour bard prostitute whose art is seduction. She is married to the art, not a person.

She has a talent for attracting new clients as well as maintain them with her years of seduction as well as performing niche sex acts with ease. Lexi has experienced different types of humanoids of various alignments and lived in various places due to changes in the law in regards to prostitution. Other times she was unable to move out and had to break the law in order to survive, though living comfortably at least with high rates for such services, even if the business in this field is low.

Lexi was used to admirers showering her with extravagant gifts to win her affection. She didn't suspect anything suspicious when a mysterious gentleman, so impressed by her reputation, offered her a thousand years of youth. Thinking it was just another overconfident wizard trying to impress her with magic, she accepted the offer without much thought. Unbeknownst to her, the gentleman was actually the succubus queen Malcanthet in disguise and she had unwittingly entered into a contract with her. She has to pay off a hefty sum of gold to Malcanthet before her deal expires or Lexi would have to forfeit her soul. Malcanthet want Lexi to join the Radiant Sisters and serve as a lilitu bard.

Lexi was given a mystic purse by Malcanthet to deposit gold to pay off her debt. Any treasure placed inside the bag would disappear, presumably being teleported to some kind of treasure vault. There is a tag on the rim of the purse that shows how much more gold she owes.
