Born after Wanda’s “Chocolate Incident”, Eva is the younger of Wanda and Lychee’s twin daughters. She is a lovingly adorable Fennekin girl who, unlike both of her daughters, does have a rather girly personality. She's a bit immature for her age and can be somewhat emotional, but she's also the friendliest child you'll find in town, arguably all of Alola.

None of Wanda and Lychee’s daughters are normal specimens of their species, and it also appears that the couple can only produce female offsprings. Doctors have run some exams on the two and theorize that something about Lychee’s genetics might be the reason for this unusual pattern. Of course, the two don’t care about whatever this strange condition might be and love all their daughters as they are, if anything the girls all enjoy being super unique and special.

In Eva’s case, she is a Psychic/Steel type and resembles a Riolu, however the doctors are convinced she’s still very much a complete Fennekin albeit an unusual example of the species. Experts don’t consider Eva to be a Shiny nor a Regional Variant either as she isn’t the result of generational adaptation to a different habitat and her unusual coloration isn’t due to random chance nor is shared by other Fennekin.

Eva was born with a walking disability, her right leg only has 40% mobility, she requires a walking crutch to move around that was specially built for her by Hazel. Both of her sisters can be somewhat overprotective of Eva since she's a frequent target of bullies due to her disability.

Eva discovered her psychic powers much earlier than the expected average and is incredibly prodigious with Psychic, something that comes in very hand for helping with her walking disability. Her walking crutch was specially designed by Hazel to support her and run off a small bit of her Psychic power.

Eva always assures her family she doesn’t mind her walking disability and has no trouble using her walking crutch, deep down she wishes she could have her leg fixed so her family wouldn’t have to worry so much about her safety and so she could join her dad on his Rescue explorations. Lychee occasionally gets to take Eva and her sister Noni on low-risk explorer missions, while Eva doesn’t get to do much on the mission other than watch on the sides and occasionally slows down the group due to her slow walking, she enjoys getting to go on trips with her father.

When not on trips with Lychee or at school she’s frequently hanging at Wanda’s bakery shop and has developed an interest in cooking herself. Eva’s psychic abilities come in very handy when assisting Wanda in the kitchen so much that Wanda occasionally lets Eva be the baker from time to time. Sometimes Wanda will play some Tea Party time with Eva when on breaks from work.

Eva is also VERY fond of her Snorlax plushie that's bigger than herself. No one seems to know exactly why she likes this plushie so much other than Eva says it reminds her of Wanda, she's rarely seen away from it when at the house and will frequently use her Psychic to move it around like a puppet.
