Bio:
-was taken after Lambert defeated “The one who waits”, along with his brother
-both were difficult to contain as their powers were overwhelming for tech
-the scientists eventually contained and pacified them using runes, symbols and containment circles
-Baal was augmented with diaper magic using pamp rituals
-was given new pamp staff to better control diaper abilities
-managed to get some revenge on the scientists by diapergulping them and digesting them into the floof of his diaper forever
-spent most of his time searching for other Ragtag siblings as well as infiltrating bad pamp cults and taking them down from within by diapergulping all the members
-love chilling with his siblings and helping Ragtags who use magic practice and enhance their abilities

Story:
One day as Jako was organizing some paperwork in his office, some of the wardens working under him told him of a diaper cult they had been observing for some time planning to make some big nasty moves on the nearby towns. Hearing this, Jako grabbed his weapon and headed out with his colleague to stop the cult. Though strangely when they got to the cult’s base, they found the place to have already been raided by someone, with clothes and robes strewn around the place, no cult members with pamps in sight. Once they reached the central room of the base, they soon found why there were no cult members to be found, as they saw a massive pamp stuffed with all the cult members and their leader, the pamp being worn by a robbed figure who doesn’t look like he belongs to the cult, stuffing the last member into his pamp. Before Jako and his colleagues could do anything, a massive rumble came from the pamp, with the cult members and their pamps bwoomping and swelling up massively, letting out muffled screams as they were all digested into massive plump blobs of thick diaper floof, which was then absorbed into the robbed figure’s pamp forever, making the diaper grow from the freshly digested mass. As Jako approached the robbed figure, he caught a glimpse of his right arm, recognizing the mark as that of the Ragtags, which he asked the robbed figure if he was one of them. The figure turned to Jako and confirmed that he was indeed a lost Ragtag, introducing himself as Baal, who had infiltrated the cult to observe their activities, until they decided to make their move on the nearby towns, thats when Baal leapt into action and dealt with all of them. Baal reassured Jako that the cult members are not dead, just stuck as diaper floof in his pamp which made Jako feel relieved, thanking Baal for helping with the take down. After chatting with Baal for a while, Jako and his colleagues were given the massive poofy pamp containing the diapergulped members of previous cults Baal has taken down, some of which were high priority ones Jako been looking for. Baal explained how he escaped to this world, finding cults terrorizing the locals for their own nefarious agendas which made Baal feel sick, so he took down one pamp cult after another saving as many people as he could, as well as trying to find his other Ragtag siblings. After hearing his story, Jako offered to bring Baal back to the Ragtag house where the other Ragtags have been reunited, making Baal smile as he happily offered the help, with Jako thanking him again for his effort as they rolled the massive pamps back to pamper down first.
