Run and Fly is an mp3 I made with the mouse and a music program a long time ago. If you want to dig it up in my gallery, go ahead. This piece I'm posting now is the full written composition of it that I not only made from scratch, but played out fully on the piano.
Being that this is my first recording of my piano compositions, taped on a tape recorder then played back on the mic, it has some errors in it. Something about playing to a recorder that makes me nervous. These are blaringly obvious errors, so you'll notice them. There are 3 or 4 in there. I don't usually make them, but once again I got nervous while taping it. What bugs me is that these crapola hiccups I did in the song really screwed up the flow. Maybe I'll rerecord it one day.

Honestly, this is really well done... On a tape recorder? im surprised you have THIS kind of quality.
Was wondering, could i have a copy of the sheet music for this?I also play the piano in my spare time and i'd like to take a crack at this. It sounds lovely... Maybe even put it together on a music program like FruityLoops and piece it together...

Sadly, all of the piano music I compose is in my head. I've tried getting it on sheet music, but have failed numerous times. I even purchased a keyboard and tried to play it directly into the comp, but keyboards are NOT pianos by any far stretch of hte imagination.
If you want to try to transcribe the mp3 onto paper, feel free. Just remember that I'd be crushed if it fell into the wrong hands and was stolen from me. If you're able to, I could also play a cleaner version of it, without the mistakes and random pauses.
Also, if you like this piece, you should wait til I record the other pieces. =]

XD I'm Positively Giddy!!! Actually, a clearer version would be welcome... i was gonna try running it through a few things to clear it up, split it into sections, and do piece by piece... but i thought that would take forever... so i waited for a reply.

If you Do get it onto sheet music, or something resembling sheet music, make sure to not only put my name on it =P but also send it back over to me.
You're also welcome to remix it if you want, so long as the original themes aren't altered beyond recognition and my name is somewhere present in the credits.

heh! ok ok! i get it! I'd never infringe on any other persons work. Never have, and most certainly, never will... I always ask permission, call me old fashion, but it doesn't seem right to use anothers stuff without it...
I'm gonna try running it though FLps when i get the chance. I don't get much spare time, so i'll probably be a while, if ever. But i will keep you posted if i do, indeed, do this. Oh! and your name WILL be on it, don't sweat it! Ok? =^_^=
