Cruella de Vil wasn't the only disney villain to use one either, Ratigan did too. I love drawing those things and that's why my beatnik Kangaroo character Klyde has one too

I knew that installing an array of giant speakers around my house and setting up so that they would blare out Celebration by Kool & the Gang at the single press of a button would come in handy one day. Who's crazy now huh.
