Iso, an Cosmic Being of my Lore in the 80s for what seems to be either a sense of boredom decides to replace "the 40th ruler" of a certain "Subplanetary Polity" leading to such thing as Illegalizing of Leathermaking, Legalization of ALL Substance, a "Administrative Division" of it to suddenly kicked out. and its sworn enemy falling into such chaos in the snap of a finger it leads to the decade after his "Tenure" to be just the wounded civilization cleaning up the problem it lead up to
Why i refer the situation like this well. that is just how Iso remember the whole event.
