The Hartland 9" Standing/Walking Horse is one of those molds that just doesn't really get much attention at all; the OFs were largely simple paint jobs, and he's not one of the old Hartlands that tend to get picked for customizing. But there was just something about his presence and calm demeanor that made me think he'd be an awesome old-style RRH. This particular model had both his back legs broken off, so first thing was reattaching them, and then getting rid of the molded-on bridle and resculpting his face. He's now a very wild black blanket appaloosa; it was an incredibly intricate and time-consuming paint job, but I'm thrilled with how it turned out, and I'll enjoy looking at him on the shelf while he waits for a new stable.
