Kidnapped by demons at the promise of a happier life, trying to escape a horrible living situation and ended up getting heavily corrupted and abused before using a failed ritual to crawl out of the hells, of course Helix was on the scene and noticed the poor damaged thing. He did what he could but it spent all of its will saving itself, its animate force nearly depleted, it must forever require being wound by another who is ensouled.
Post Transformation scenes are fun, I also love the concept of being TF'd into something and it shaking your identity but you have to accept it.

Thank you! Being a doll I imagine has a constant pull to stillness, to a simple feeling of not moving, thinking, but simply enjoying existing. Your senses dulled but not gone nor less important. Breathing gone, many simple muscle reactions we never think about gone and the feeling is scary yet exciting.
