It's been a while since I've sketched Velkyn, and he's undergone some big changes recently! He's been through a LOT, and honestly it might be worth sketching some individual moments, if I can find the time...
This man came face-to-face with the dark deity he's tried to forsake, watched his lover die in front of him, and ended up at the bottom of a 1000ft hole where he was exposed to what some of us simply dubbed "demon asbestos," which resonated with the incomplete ritual inflicted on his soul. He may have gone a little feral, while he was down there...
So now he's becoming a proper monster, standing at a little over 7'3" and sporting a brand-new tail, as well as his hair turning red at the ends.

He really does. Unfortunately, he's got very few people who would give him one because he's not a very open person, and his time down in the pit did leave him with a particularly nasty infected aura and attitude for a while on top of the trauma. So he's been...particularly difficult to approach.
The cherry on top was being placed in a very familiar jail cell when he was brought back into town, because of the potential risk. And getting into a fight in said prison because someone said he was like his master. He was eventually let out and cleared of the primary effect, but that stuff still leeched into his soul a bit, thanks in part to the state his old master had left it in.
