Funnily, I imagine this to be after Margie has moved in with him, but before they've started [admitting to] being romantically involved hehe Margie is still very sensitive about existing too inconveniently in a space she doesn't feel like she has earned the right to occupy, and Raf is doing what he can to make sure she knows he actually likes having her around.
