Ingredients
1.5 lbs of ground beef
1 double yolk egg
1/3 cup famous Dave's sweet and zesty BBQ sauce
6 drops Cholula hot sauce
1/2 tsp horse radish
1 &1/2 tsp of the following
Black pepper, roasted Chipotle garlic seasoning, veggie seasoning, paprika, parsley, basil
1/2 tsp of the following:
Cajun seasoning, oregano, garlic powder, Montreal steak seasoning
1/3 cup of shredded jack cheese. Sargento
Pam
Sargento six Italian cheese
Pre streps
Cooking instructions
Preheat oven to 450°
Grab a mixing bowl
Aluminum foil
A cupcake baking tin
Pam baking spray
Sterile gloves
Pre step 1
Take your cupcake pan and line it with the aluminum foil so that each hole is covered by the foil.
Pre step 2
After your cupcake pan is covered with foil spray every nook and cranny with Pam
Step 1
place your ground meat of choice inside of a mixing bowl.
Step 2
crack a egg into the bowl with all your meat.
Step 3
Drop all your seasonings and sauces into the bowl with the meat as well as the egg.
Step 4
dump your jack cheese in as well to the bowl.
Step 5
Mix everything very thoroughly making sure that everything is evenly distributed through the meat that you're using.
Step 6
After your meat is thoroughly mixed. Take and start evenly placing the meat inside the cupcake pan that you pre-aluminum foiled and greased with Pam.
Step7
Place the cupcake pan in your oven on the middle rack on the temp of 450° that you preset for. Cook for 24 minutes.
Step 8
After your timer has gone off for 24 minutes from step 7 pull out your cupcakes and please your cheese of choice on top of cupcakes. In the example above I used six Italian cheese blend shredded from sargento. You can use whatever cheese you would like to use.
Step 9
Place your cupcakes back in the oven to cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until the cheese is nice and melted
Step 10
After you follow the steps for step 9 and you pull everything out of the oven place on stove or a heat proof counter top to let cool for a few minutes. Before pulling the aluminum foil with the cupcakes out of the cake pan.
Step 11
Serve with your sides of choice and you're good to go
This recipe was made off the top of my head with stuff I had around in the kitchen that really came together well.
