I don't really think of her as 'fae' as such... she's a little too grounded for that. Of course, even magical spirits have some of the same issues of concern if you're going to make deals with them.

As for 'pocket-realm'... well, that's still maybe six chapters in the future, and basically the end of the major arc I currently have planned.

And Evalia is sorta-sulking now. She thought she had it figured out.

Eagerly anticipating the story getting back in motion, though!

So am I. Next chapter is a bit of a 'breather episode', but starts getting into the aspects of 'okay, you're a mage, now what do you say to people who ask what you've been doing lately but who don't know anything about magic?', along with practising spells and figuring out new ways to interact. After that we get back to the unicorn and seeing where she lives. Then after that we meet up with the huli jing and other mages...

I have a lot of this plotted out in my head, I just need to find the time and focus to write it down in detail.

Oh yes. I met Rhari a couple of years ago at Fur-Eh, and haven't regretted any of the sketches I've got from her so far.

And yes, giant unicorns are definitely fun.
