It's Rouge for the Mobius Reborn Wiki! A alternate version of the canon mobius. Why does she wear different clothes and makeup? This Rouge got a makeover. These are her main clothes. I tried to make her look less like a street hooker, but more like a mysterious spy-woman..thing. She's from a goddamn kids-series after all. Okay, she still looks a bit too "attractive" to me, but you're the judge. Im not completely happy with this design, but I like it too much to scrap it either.
