I feel like I have a good handle on who Clopan and Lullaby are and what their “deal” is, but Summer remains a 20 year work-in-progress. I’m still figuring her out, because I’m still figuring myself out. She’s a shy, bookish, soft-spoken, scholarly misfit—that much I know. I imagine she finds clothes uncomfortable (due to her spines, and perhaps sensory issues) and likes to be a naturist in private.
