This Latias is a sight to behold. Her coat seems to shine as bright as the sun itself! ...Oh and their so big their belly practically negating her levitate ability. Almost forgot about that point.
Originally this Latias was just gonna be normal red but while drawing I was making this i was able to get a shiny one and I figured why not.
