Except Mewtwo's secret plan wasn't to clone pokemon, but to generate a mate~ Viper would be mentally struggling to fight mewtwo's telepathic hypnosis before giving into her new powers and form. Viper in full post-TF form would be a mostly feral Mewtwo, but busty and bottom heavy, with an emphasis on her front tail bulge. [ref]"
