When Sly and Carmelita officially begin their romantic relationship, Sly tells Carmelita that the part of her body he finds most attractive is her belly, especially since she almost always shows off her midriff. So Carmelita figures that Sly would find her a hell of a lot more irresistible than she already is to him if she inflated her belly to be as big as possible. Sly is in for quite a big surprise when he returns from his latest heist.
