So when I found Whisper I found another Espeon as well. So this was like, almost Whisper. She sat with no bids for ages and I figured that I could just decide which one I wanted to be Whisper later.
Well, I couldn't decide... So for now she's Whisper's "sister", like Aska and Raimei they aren't related by blood. They're very similar in that they're both very quiet and prefers to speak through telepathy. Fleur is a little less horny/calmer and much better at not sending unintended information like Whisper does. She's not as powerful though and it's believed that she's part grass type. Typing in my world is very diffuse, it's really hard to know what exact types someone is as they can be a lot more varied than in the games. So Fleur really likes flowers but has no grass attacks and weak psychic attacks. She might be a grass type, or a normal type, or both, or she's simply weaker than Whisper. We'll probably never know and it's rather hard to just ask her.
What we do know though is that she has a VERY strong bond with Whisper and she can boost her performance in battle. We also think that Whisper shares a lot of unintentional thoughts with Fleur, so it's easy to look at Fleur's reaction when Whisper has to answer something.
And that's pretty much all she has atm, she wasn't really supposed to exist at all so I'll probably just roll with her and she what ideas pops up for now.
