Here is a Joltik I thought of named Jolt. Not the most original name but I like it. Being a Joltik, Jolt is one of the smallest pokemon. He wishes he was big like a wailord. So he’s devised a solution, fatten himself up until he’s as big as he wants. He’s satisfied with the results so far and will definitely continue.
