Yay, one of my favourite concepts. Always nice to a see a lanky king fattened and spoiled to the point of getting too fat to walk. It's rather funny that he started as a normal guy able to take care of himself but with no real power and his emperorship got him absoulte power of his country but also plumped him out into a helpless blob, needing help even with the most basic things like with moving, feeding or bathing. Good that his servants seem more than happy with the job, though lifting all that flab looks like heavy lifting. I'd be glad to see Briar even more prosperous!
A note to his servants: the way things are going, your master will eventually get too huge and swaddled up in his own fat to be transported to the shower and cleaned. Why not switch to a royal bath (or rather swimming pool) and dump him into the water. It'll be much easier to give him a good scrub from all sides when he's floating in the pool like a miniature black-furred iceberg.
They could do that to the king but it would take far to long for a pool to be made that would fit his beautifully full royal figure~ and besides by the time a pool of small lake is made for him to be bathed in he may have outgrown it requiring a small ocean instead to be bathed in and by then his obese form would be more akin to an island then a king ;3
