No, you should not feel sorry for Spike here, since he's representing me and I LOVE having this done to me!! That's my bird misstrinket there on the left, who knows that I love this, loves doing it to me, and embraces my strangeness...which helped me be brave enough to finally draw one of my favourite things!
If you can't tell what's going on, the answer is hunger torture! ...With some bloody amazing tummyrubs. Like the peanut butter to the chocolate that just makes it all the more awesome as a whole. Also, a side of stomach-noise-fixation.
So, a hungry Spike is getting his belly rubbed by Trinket. In case you aren't aware, bellyrubs tend to stimulate appetite...not to mention pressure on an empty stomach like that kinda hurts, and it makes it feel even emptier and makes the hunger pangs more intense. It's the best way to get it to make those growly sounds for a reason! I know this from first-hand experience (as you might've guessed) and it's one of Trink's favourite ways to tease her masochistic vampire.
Again, do not feel sorry for the woozl! He is totally in heaven here, and does NOT look like that from being starved (he's perfectly healthy and the skinniness is just coz of innate crazy metabolism...in case you aren't familiar my fursona and/or me).
I absolutely don't blame you if you think my interests are extremely bizarre, though...because they are.

Awwh... Well I'm lucky in that Trink definitely does, and gives really good tummyrubs...even if she tends to abuse that power to torment me and listen to my hungry stomach noises.. XD Not that I'm complaining! (...er well, not with my mouth anyway...)

Oh, they do exactly the same to me! They tend to do that in general. It's part of why this is such effective 'torture'.
I actually have that exact same kind of overactive metabolism! Always eating, can't gain, and SO hungry constantly...the difference is I absolutely love being hungry, obviously, so it isn't a pain to me. Or rather, it IS a pain but I enjoy that pain a lot... X3

Well...liking tummyrubs isn't what I felt was weird kinkiness...it's the whole 'torture/teasing involving being hungry' thing that is also going on here, as mentioned in description. That and the whole 'stomach growling as a kink' mentioned in passing too and that also kinda happens to be prominently featured in the picture...

Haha, just a bit! :P Rofl... I do love tummyrubs in general, coz they feel nice and they're relaxing...but this is a whole 'nother thing!
And yeeesss...the massagey-like tummyrubs TOTALLY stimulate appetite too... so they magnify the hungry like you wouldn't believe!! XD And yeah it does kinda hurt to have empty stomach rubbed coz it gets all extra-sensitive, but it hurts a way that feels SO GOOD (for me, anyway...haha)

Yeah...I was embarrassed of it for so long because it's such an obscure kink! I've never seen anyone else draw art of it, and Trinket is the only other person I've met who expressed an interest in it. I felt like I was a freak for liking it, but Trinket helped me realise its okay to like what I like. <3
It is bizarre, but you managed to draw it in a really sweet and loving way somehow. She looks like she's probably go you a chocolate cake hidden somewhere to stuff in your face later anyways. ;D (Since I know you love eating just as much as being hungry!! lol) I LIKE THE GIANT DROOL DRIP for some reason.

And I confess that I get a bizarre amount of enjoyment out of resting my ear against my mate's tummy and listening to the gurgles. Either from hunger or fullness. Between the fuzzy softness of his tummy and the sounds, it is a unexplainable fascination for me. LET'S BE WEIRD TOGETHER! <3

Oh, also I forgot to say something regarding the ear-on-tummy mention in your first comment... I actually had been thinking of (and may still draw, redundantly!) a picture like that, so yeah! The sprawly loungy version is best, loafing about with a head resting on my belly...cozy, more cuddly than torment-y (not to say it is without torment...Trink always finds a way XD)
