He can fashion himself a different body, but it does take time and practice to keep it stable and move it aorund. His default human mug just sorta comes antrual to him. A lumpy body like this isn't too difficult either, but he couldn't copy just any person he sees.

All the other kids will be so jealous of Ciel's "imaginary" friend. :U
