So I had a old drawing I did of Dr. Spiral sitting smugly in her throne room with Tails and Sonic hypnotized and by her side. 😊
Credits:
The characters Sonic and Tails belong to SEGA.
The Sonic and Tails models were ported by: SAB64 on Deviantart.
The stage was found on a Japanese website. I edited the flag textures to match Dr. Spiral's flags.
Effects used:
Autoluminous 4 x.
The hypno orb spiral effects for the eyes were made by me.
