Glop is such a fantastic word for that food.

It's like gruel and slop put together.

And I have a sneaking suspicion that it's alive.

LOL! Ski came up with glop, I always just called it goo. I assure you it isn't alive... we just joke about it and it sorta evolved into a character through the streams when people pointed out it always looks like it has a face. Then the face became a little more or less deliberate XD

Yeah it was just sorta a stylistic choice. He has bottomless pits of despair in place of eyes XD They're too dark to see in the sunken sockets. Yeah I'm just mean to him is all.

The glop! This look amazing since the stream of it. The changes make it perfect and add a whole lot to it overall. You kept the heart in panel 1 too! I love it! Glop power!

I couldn't get rid of the heart this page needed something cute and funny! XD Glad the changes work well for it, I like it a lot better. Less vacant.

It's not just you, I drew those in because I have a weird sense of humour and all the people in the chat box on my stream feel that glop is a character in his own right XD I BLAME THEM!

I had it at a luau when I took a vacation to Hawaii a few years back. And it's just as disgusting as it looks, though, believe you me. x3

It's basically a sort of paste made from the root of a plant that's indigenous to the islands.
And it's gross in every way imaginable.

Nah, Nine already ate some. He's trying to get Pai to eat because he's obviously got very little strength and starving himself isn't helping. However, he's gotten so weak that it's an effort just to swallow, so he's kind of... choking... that's how it is in my head anyway. People could interpret it as him being just too sick or what have you. But naw, Nine's worried about him, not trying to get him killed XD

Glop makes me think of the green goop from the Calvin and Hobbes comics. The goo that tries to eat Calvin XD

Thanks! Yeah, the intention was to show the contrast between Nine and Pai and the worry Nine feels a) for his friend and b) for his own well-being. He doesn't want to turn out like that.

Nope, he used to look more or less like Nine in terms of health, but he's been tested with so many drugs that he's sort of lost the will to keep eating. He isn't doing too well :(

Yeah, it´s always heartbreaking to see him :( Hope this won´t take a bad end for him...

Poor Pai, I'm really wondering just what kind of world they are in. I kind of hope that Nine either helps to keep him going or brings him back from the brink.
