~ TERMS OF SERVICE ~

AS THE ARTIST:
- I require permission from all parties in a commission before i begin work ESPECIALLY on NSFW pieces. There are exceptions such as couple pieces, gifts for close friends, etc.
- I will not accept NSFW commissions from minors, the legal age where i am located is 18.
- I reserve the right to terminate or refuse a commission. If something unforeseen happens that will effect my being able to complete you're commission I will provide full refund. If i terminate a commission due to what i deem as unprofessional behavior form a client, i will provide full refund and halt all progress on their piece. If I refuse to take a commission all together, I reserve that right as an artist. (unpopular note: my life comes first. crap happens in life that we cannot control, so if life is going to interfere with the quality and speed of your commission i will make sure to note you and pray that you will be understanding.)
- At this point in time i do not stream commissions, that may change in the future but as of now its a no go.
- I WILL NOT do a step-by-step WIP with you, I will send sketches if requested but after the sketch is approved then the design is locked in. I enjoy doing art when I have a sense of some kind of artistic freedom. This means when you commission me, let me know a basic idea of what you would like (position, expression, picture references, etc.!) that's reasonable and let it grow from there!
- Any and all unclaimed preliminary sketch poses for a client default to me and can / will be used for other projects.
- Checking up on art status is okay, but only when it doesn't turn into a constant every day event. i can promise you i am busting my ass to get your work to you and everyone else, since im still fairly new at this it may take some extra time.
- Keep in mind that i do not start without both information and payment beforehand.
- Typically commissions take about 3 months from payment to finish. Though with extenuating circumstances they may take longer. I promise to update commissioners with any progress or delays.


AS THE CLIENT:
- Commissioner must be over the age of 18!
- Commissioners reserve all rights to their respective characters.
- Any and all owners of the characters within a commission piece must agree to allow the use of their characters within the commission piece (this includes consent to any kink material as well).
- Commissioners may use theirs commission for personal use ONLY. Only the commissioners/character owners hold permission to re post, credit MUST be given. Absolutely do not remove my signature or watermark.
- The client(s) may upload the watermarked piece to their galleries with proper assigned credits in the description.

COMMUNICATION:
- Please keep all information and communication within one note/reply when able. I know we all forget things but the less notes the better.
- If a commission is meant to be private (non-posted) let me know in advance to guarantee discretion.
- I will edit a piece twice before there's a $5.00 USD charge for every additional edit. I want to ensure that every commissioner gets their piece at the highest standard and everyone's walks away happy but I cant reasonably deduct time for my other commissioners fixing a piece a hundred times.
If requesting edits please make sure everything you're looking for to be changed is listed and clear. I will not make edits that change my stylized work.
- I will not start a commission until full description & references are provided.

Please give links. More information the better!! Include a proper visual reference when sending a commission inquiry. Written reference will be accepted but please include visual reference for desired traits. I may have a completely different idea to what I view as muscular than what my client does, as an example. Any and all detailed visuals to help give me the clearest picture are welcome.

(The more precise and detailed the information given is, the better I can cater to your needs. I will tweak minor things, but i will not deal with hella nit-picky clients. I also ask that you do not flip flop on an idea once note has been sent and I've begun sketching. Once progress has begun, that will be the image/idea you receive.)

PAYMENT:
- All payments are subject to $3.00 - $5.00 service fee approx. (because PayPal SUCKS.)
- I will not begin a commission until full payment is received. If payment is not received within a two week period from the initial inquiry the slot will be lost. I will accept partial payment given certain circumstances but please be honest. A little goes a long way.
- All payment must be sent through Paypal and sent in USD (U.S. Dollars).
- Once i have accepted a commission i will send the payment link.
- Payment is for a digital service. It does not have a physical item, and thus doesn't require other than digital shipping (via email or other Internet accounts).
- Tips of any kind are greatly appreciated, through not necessary.
- Full refunds will be made if the commission has not been started.
- Partial refunds will be made if the linework of the commission is completed but further progress is not made.
- No refunds can be made after a piece is completed.


SUBJECT MATTER:
- I will draw ANY gender expressions, bodies, and relationships*. I will also do anything under the 2SLGBTQIA+ spectrum. i will not draw/label art with derogatory names/ tags.( ex. Herm, shemale, etc.)

- Please do not ask me to alter my style. I assume that if you are commissioning me that my style and artistic expression if what you are looking for. Please be aware that i have my own style which changes and grows, i will not to copy or mimic another artist style.
- Please, do not edit the image yourself unless it has been discussed in advance as having the go ahead.
- Simple edits or errors will be corrected without payment (i.e missing markings, missing glasses or missing jewlery).
- Major edits will require additional payment and will vary depending on the severity of the edits to the commission.
- No further edits will be made once a commission is completed and uploaded.
- All characters must be sentient, and able to make informed judgment.
