Some might have noticed I've got some characters that seem to change between 'you' and 'ye' indiscriminately. I'm trying to use 'ye' for the moments when someone's speech is more rushed or informal. For example, any of us might say 'dint' instead of 'didn't' now and then.

And before I get called on the process of blacksmithing nails, I did watch some Youtube videos on the subject. While the general procedure is as I've described it, I decided Hiccup and Gobber would have a faster, better way worked out for themselves. And besides, this is fantasy after all.
