Cards from last night's stream. I can't scan the linework I was inking as it's for Dexter, and only subscribers get to see the finished product.
First we have
Andrew_McCloud as a roguish type. I was in a dynamic shading and lighting mood last night I think and the art reflects it. Andy said that the character was very much an assassin mindset and that his shoulder tattoos were vital, so I thought it might work best to have him perched on a rooftop looking down at a potential mark.
Next is
Gavyn from his Amnesia stream. His primary thought was why he couldn't use the knives and shovels to defend himself against the monsters. But it was still an awesome time and he is a braver man than I. More shady shadiness.
Then we have Three in a generic pose. I played with the sepia ink pens again and I really like the look they gave the card. On a technical and general elements coming together level, I'm quite happy with this card.
And finally we have a doggie brushing their hair after a shower. The scan doesn't show it so well but the towel is a glittery green. This card has been sold, by the by.
These are all 2.5 x 3.5 pieces of illustration board colored in copic marker with some gelpen and colored pencil added for extra highlights. I draw these live via webcam when I'm not babbling my face off or threatening my husband or giving the rats cameos...
Thanks again for another fun evening!
