Back at it again with more colored pencil experimentation! Decided to draw the profoundly cute and very strange Delibird that first crossed our pokedexes back in Gen 2. I had no idea this guy's tail was a bag until I looked him up on bulbapedia today...

Focus was on even-ish layers and on trying the alcohol blender pen out. Honestly...I couldn't tell much of a difference between it and using a white colored pencil to blend + going back over with the original values, so I'll have to experiment some more. I also tried out a white charcoal pencil for softening values, and I think I'm a fan.
