An excellent display piece from the kitchens of  microphone as I have mentioned before we eat with our eyes first and this looks very attractive with the bi-coloured pumpernickle around the outer edge and a star shaped lid.

Another morning another platter for Publix. I'd be lying if I said I didn't nom a piece of warm pumpernickel leftovers from this. That's a case of spinach dip inside, still in container so bread doesn't get mushy.
