Recipe (serves 2)

250g Rocky Road
2 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Cup Whole Milk
Chocolate Syrup and extra Rocky Road to garnish

1. Cut the Rocky Road into small pieces and preferably soak them in the Milk beforehand so your blender doesn't struggle.

2. Add the Rocky Road, Ice Cream and Whole Milk to a blender. Blend for up to a minute or until smooth.

3. Drizzle Chocolate Syrup around the inside of a chilled glass and add the Milkshake. Top with chopped up Rocky Road to garnish.
