The end of the line and start of a new area.
A while back I was in Vegas with
Mouring and with a group of friends we went down to Fremont Street. With both had cameras, we both took pictures. And when we got back Mouring would share some of his pictures. One of them was his picture of the end of Fremont Street. I always like to think "how would X person would do this" so I went through my own pictures and wonder how I would develop a picture in that same area.
So for this picture I was looking for a little more off, with things in the picture visibly not all lit up. And when they are lit up I wanted it more overpowering to the point of almost gaudy.
Thanks for looking and more animals or suiters up soon!

Night shots of Vegas are always difficult to deal with. With all the neon and lighting, you can very easily underexpose your shots or overexpose them without realizing it. Having been to Vegas a number of times over the last few years, I know it's always a challenge just to get one decent image that you can be happy with.
For example, I took at least 100 images while visiting Sigfried and Roy's Secret Gardens at the Mirage of the dolphins, and maybe ended up with five that were really decent images. The same for the Lion Habitat at the MGM Grand, which is more difficult with the plexiglass that they use there.
